It is known that transformed fats and industrially processed vegetable oils hugely contribute to inflammation, while natural saturated fats work against it. When you know and understand this mechanism it should be easy enough to take preventative measures, one of which should be stop consuming ‘bad fats‘, instead of avoiding fats altogether.
