History

Sustanon (aka Sustanon 250) is one of the most popular testosterone products currently available and widely used in the bodybuilding community and medicine. Sustanon is the trade name for a combination of testosterone or 4 different esterified versions, each in a certain proportion. The exact combination of testosterone esters in Sustanol 250 Blend is as follows:
30 mg testosterone propionate
60 mg testosterone phenylpropionate
60 mg testosterone isocaproate
100 mg testosterone decanoate.
These testosterone esters contain a total of 250 mg of testosterone, hence the name Sustanon 250. The combination of these esters is based on creating a testosterone formulation that provides rapid release of testosterone into the patient into the bloodstream. blood and slower release for faster and longer plasma testosterone levels. This is different from using a single testosterone ester, such as testosterone propionate, which is a single product that contains only testosterone propionate and testosterone propionate. Organon was first developed by Sustanon in the early 1970s with the aim of providing a testosterone-based drug that would have definite medical and clinical benefits over the use of individual testosterone esters. The end result is that the user rarely has to administer the drug in a medical setting compared to other types of testosterone. Sustanon 250 is an almost entirely European and international product and has never been approved in the North American prescription drug market.
The popularity of Sustanon among athletes and bodybuilders is not the same as before, but this product is still widely used, especially among beginners and novices. The initial increase in the popularity of Sustanon was due to the recognition that one dose of this drug could give the user more steroids for the same money than other products. In the long run, however, this view was false, as Sustanon 250 was developed specifically for medical and clinical use, not for athletics.
Sustanon should only be used every 3-4 weeks. Athletes and bodybuilders require very different replacement procedures, so plasma testosterone levels reach about the same level as all other simple testosterone products.
Sustanon, which aims to improve performance and physique, generally meets only minimal requirements and expectations with a slightly higher price and a more complex dosing schedule due to the complexity of the combined testosterone esters in the product. Sustanon is essentially the main constituent of testosterone and is no different. Testosterone is considered the “father” of all anabolic steroids and provides significant muscle building through its affinity for the androgen receptor, which promotes receptor-dependent pathways associated with fat loss and muscle growth.
How is Sustanon used?

Ustanon 250 is usually used for the initial increase in plasma testosterone levels within 24 to 48 hours after administration. Thereafter, blood testosterone levels should remain high for 21 days as the mixture contains more testosterone esters. As mentioned, the idea is to use Sustanol almost exclusively for testosterone replacement therapy. This should be kept in mind when a person is ready to start Sustanon cycles. The first sign of a half-life of Sustanon should be that Sustanon cycles should be started over a longer period of time, usually 10 to 14 weeks. Even 10-week Sustanon cycles are considered short. Sustanol cycles often involve the use of Sustanol alone, especially for beginners. As a testosterone product, Sustanon can also be used as a key ingredient in a cycle that contains other products. Early cycles may also contain at least one other compound, usually to increase mass and potency. An example is the use of Sustanol 250 for 12 weeks, Dianabol (Methandrostenolone) for the first 4-6 weeks of a cycle. Nandrolone decanoate (Deca-Duarbolin) is also commonly used with Sustanon cycles and is particularly well-suited for longer cycles of 12 weeks or longer due to its longer half-life.
Benefits of taking Sustanon

Due to the different testosterone esters, the drug has a positive effect on the performance of professional athletes. Together, the ingredients in Sustanon work much better than they do, so:
- the drug starts to move quickly;
- the activity of the components lasts 3-4 weeks;
- muscle growth at very high levels (up to 6 kg per week);
- as the strengths improve, the athlete becomes more resilient.
Sustanon is almost insoluble in figs and is not fragrant, like its enanthate and cypionate analogues. Therefore, bodybuilders who suffer from excessive water retention and high levels of the female sex hormone estrogen will begin treatment. It should be noted that this drug works well even for experienced “chemists” at relatively low doses.
Side effects

Possible side effects of Sustanon include all testosterone-specific side effects, as Sustanon is a direct product of testosterone. First, there are concerns about the side effects of estrogens due to the nature of testosterone, it describes the affinity for the aromatase enzyme that is responsible for aromatizing (or converting) testosterone to estrogen. Estrogen side effects include fluid retention and bloating, high blood pressure (due to fluid retention), increased fat accumulation, a. These effects are dose- and sensitivity-dependent, and higher doses of sustanone increase the frequency and severity of these side effects. Aromatase inhibitors and / or estrogen blockers such as nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) are needed to reduce side effects. To fully understand the differences, the user should undergo further studies on the differences between aromatase inhibitors (AI) and selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs).
Androgenic side effects are also a concern, as testosterone is easily converted to various body tissues (DHT). This causes a general increase in androgenic side effects, as DHT is a much stronger androgen than testosterone. Although testosterone itself has moderate androgenic power, the problem is with dihydrotestosterone, which is a much stronger androgen. Androgenic side effects include: increased lipid secretion (oily skin), acne (associated with increased lipid secretion), increased body and facial hair, and increased risk of baldness in people with the genetic traits needed to treat the condition. . These side effects of Sustanol can be reduced by the use of 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors and topical DHT antagonists such as Nizoral. Virilization (male culture) is a major problem with strong androgens, such as testosterone, and is therefore not recommended for women. Virilization involves side effects such as growth of body and facial hair, worsening of the voice, enlargement of the clitoris and disturbances in the menstrual cycle. Liver toxicity is not a problem when using Sustanon 250 or any testosterone injection. Testosterone has a clear negative effect on the cardiovascular system, especially on negative changes in cholesterol levels. Testosterone alone appears to lower LDL (“moderate” cholesterol), but studies have shown even more severe changes when used in combination with aromatase inhibitors, leading to a further increase in LDL (“bad” cholesterol) levels and additional HDL- weighs greater reduction. Because testosterone is an anabolic steroid, testosterone triggers the breakdown, inhibition and blocking of endogenous testosterone production, especially at doses required for bodybuilding.
